Use one account to continue projects securely

The account synchronizes projects, knowledge spaces and profile settings. The account center exposes the stable User ID, profile controls and available security options.

Sign-in methods

The Global site currently keeps username and password sign-in available for existing users while new account registration is paused. SMS and WeChat are not Global sign-in methods; registration and additional methods appear only after they are available and configured for this market.

Data is shared only when credentials belong to the same account. Avoid creating duplicate accounts for the same person.

Stable User ID

Every account has a short, unique and stable User ID that can be copied from the account center. Use it when support needs to identify account ownership or investigate data and sign-in problems. Never send a password or verification code.

Profile and sign-in details

Use the account center to update the display name and avatar. Only sign-in methods enabled for the Global market are shown; unavailable phone verification is not presented as an active account option.

Swap credits and membership time

Swaps are for paying users only: the account must have a verified successful payment and active Standard or Professional membership. Free, expired, reward-only and code-only accounts do not qualify.

Click the current-plan and remaining-time component with the swap icon to exchange credits and time inside the dialog. The middle button reverses the direction. The base rate is 100 credits per Standard day or 200 credits per Professional day. Only the current plan can be exchanged; Standard and Professional time cannot be exchanged for each other.

Both directions deduct 0.75% from the input, convert the remainder at the base rate, and then deduct 0.75% from the output. The net factor is 0.9925 × 0.9925 = 0.98505625. Sending 100 Standard credits or 200 Professional credits yields 0d 23h 38m (exactly 85,108,860 milliseconds). Sending one day yields 98 Standard credits or 197 Professional credits.

Enter positive whole credits, or time in whole days, hours and minutes. Credit outputs round down to whole credits, and the fractional remainder is listed before confirmation. Time is retained to the millisecond and displayed in whole minutes; a balance below one minute is preserved. Held and expired credits are unavailable. The earliest-expiring eligible credits are consumed first. Credits received from a time swap are permanent.

Net time received is added directly to the current plan’s continuous remaining access, including queued same-plan renewals. The durations of later different plans are preserved. The reverse direction deducts the entire input time and brings expiry forward. Once current access is exhausted, queued access starts at its adjusted time; otherwise Free limits and the existing Pro, public-page and excess-knowledge-space expiry rules apply.

Review both fees, the rounding remainder, total deduction and net receipt before confirming. Swaps settle immediately, and reversing them incurs both fees again. Access orders involved in a swap are excluded from automatic full refunds; contact Support with the order and swap IDs for a billing dispute. Statutory rights remain unaffected. If a result has not arrived, use Verify this swap in the dialog; verifying the same swap again does not deduct twice.

Complete or close any pending membership order before swapping so that membership time and upgrade pricing remain consistent.

Credits, entitlements and AI usage

An eligible new account can receive 1,000 reward credits for its first verified identity and another 1,000 for a second Global-approved identity channel during the first 30 days. Each reward expires 30 days after grant and is consumed before permanent purchased credits. A second channel is not currently available in Global. The service ledger records reservations, settlements, failed-task releases, expiry and purchase events; insufficient balance rejects a request before work starts.

Free uses Lite and allows 3 formal editor generations per UTC calendar day, shared by Build, Plan and Chat replies that actually enter generation. Requirement interpretation does not consume those 3 daily slots, but its actual AI token usage is billed at the selected Lite/Pro tier. Seeing a proposal does not mean a formal generation was consumed, nor that no credits were charged. Every new formal generation checks the remaining allowance; an existing confirmation does not bypass it.

Standard and Professional use one-time, non-renewing 30-day entitlements with Lite/Pro and no commercial daily editor count. Global purchasing remains disabled because no approved provider or market prices are configured. Where purchasing is enabled, access packs are always available; same-plan purchases can be repeated without limit and each adds 30 days after that plan's current end date. A Standard-to-Professional purchase charges the displayed prorated difference between the local 30-day reference prices for every remaining Standard day, counting a partial day as one day; payment upgrades that time immediately and then adds the purchased 30 days. Free limits return only when no later access period is queued; Pro and public page links then pause immediately, and the same links return when paid access becomes active again. Permanent credits remain, excess spaces follow the 90-day freezing rule, and the account center shows the current plan's remaining days, balances, expiring and permanent credits, ledger, orders, capacity and frozen spaces.

A code supplied by a partner channel can be used from Redeem code in the account center. Select Media partnership, Service provider, Partner organization or E-commerce when submitting it. A valid code immediately applies 1,000 or 5,000 permanent credits, or the encoded 30-day Standard/Professional access and included permanent credits. Each code can be successfully used only once. This channel benefit is separate from Global purchasing and does not represent a payment or Global sale price.

Only configured payment methods can be available; code support does not prove a production channel is active. CN Alipay and WeChat Pay are not Global payment options. Orders retain their original channel for payment, queries, closing and refunds. A return page or browser success message does not grant entitlements: the service must verify the actual transaction. For a verifiable charge whose entitlement has not appeared, query the original order or contact Support instead of buying again to refresh the status.

Image generation uses the Pro capability and settles from actual successful 1024×1024 output images at 23 credits each. Failed or non-conforming images are not charged. The image provider does not report text tokens, so the ledger does not invent input or output tokens for image usage.

Daily counts determine whether an action can start; credits determine its settlement cost. The account page is authoritative for plan state, credit batches, ledger, orders, capacity and payment availability. For current rates and settlement rules, review the Terms of Service.

App user accounts

A public App's App account area uses that App's independent sign-in and session; Global currently uses username and password. After signing in, users can sign out of the current or all sessions, export their own data in that App or delete their App account. These actions do not export or delete the platform owner's entire workspace and do not affect other Apps.

Data and account security

  • Use a unique password that is not shared with other services.
  • Never disclose passwords, verification codes or secret keys.
  • Sign out after using a shared device.
  • Use the account center to request an export or account deletion.
