What if generation is interrupted?
Keep the current project and generated pages. After page generation, the editor automatically completes recoverable business-data connection conflicts or brief response interruptions in the same flow; it shows a continue action only if that recovery still cannot finish. Use that action to continue from the safe recovery point instead of sending the same change again. If no continue action is available, first confirm that existing pages and versions remain intact, then submit one clear new instruction. If the problem persists, record the time, project name and User ID for Support.
How do I swap my current membership time?
A verified successful payment and active Standard or Professional membership are required. Click your plan and remaining-time component to swap in either direction: 100 credits per Standard day or 200 per Professional day, with 0.75% deducted on each side. Plans cannot be crossed. What if business-data setup fails?
The server has not completed the data plan and page generation has not started. Keep the current proposal and choose Retry and build. You do not need to answer the critical questions again or create part of the data structure manually. If failures continue, record the project, time and visible error for Support.
How do I preview on a phone?
Choose Preview at the top of the editor to open the bottom preview panel. Drag down to close it, and select the phone width in the preview controls to check narrow-screen layout.
Who can see a published project?
First distinguish page links from App Releases. Public page links can be forwarded during the trial or active entitlement, while internal pages require authentication. Private App Releases are owner-only; public Apps also enforce the active Release's anonymous or App-user permissions. New drafts do not go live automatically, and changing a denied link must not be used to bypass access controls.
Why is the daily allowance exhausted after confirming requirements?
Requirement interpretation and formal generation are separate stages. Free allows 3 formal generations per day, shared by actual Build, Plan and Chat generation; every new request checks the limit. Continue after the displayed reset time, at the next UTC midnight. Refreshing or repeatedly choosing Resume does not add slots. Keep the existing project and recovery point instead of deleting or rebuilding it.
